Aliansce Shopping Centers SA (BOVESPA:ALSC3) entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 8.83% stake in Shopping Iguatemi Salvador for approximately BRL 110 million on December 17, 2012. On completion of the acquisition, Aliansce Shopping Centers SA shall own 62% stake in Shopping Iguatemi Salvador. The deal is subject to approval from the shareholders of Aliansce Shopping Centers SA.
Aliansce Shopping Centers SA (BOVESPA:ALSC3) has entered into an agreement to acquire 19.72% in Shopping Iguatemi Salvador for approximately BRL 150 million on January 22, 2013. On completion of the acquisition, Aliansce Shopping Centers SA shall own 72.8% stake in Shopping Iguatemi Salvador. A sum of BRL 131.7 million will be paid on the date of acquisition, BRL 10 million will be paid six years after the date of closing and the company assumed debt of the seller in the amount of approximately BRL 100.8 million. Additionally, Aliansce Shopping paid BRL 12.5 million in five annual installments after the start of the charging parking shopping. The transaction is subject to fulfillment of certain conditions contractually stipulated, approval by shareholders of Aliansce Shopping Centers at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on January 24, 2013.
