The Board of Alliance Trust PLC is hosting informal Shareholder Forums to provide shareholders with an opportunity to ask questions of a number of Alliance Trust's Directors, and Craig Baker and David Shapiro of Willis Towers Watson, on the new investment approach ahead of a General Meeting. Dundee - Friday 27 January

All shareholders are welcome and there is no requirement to pre-register. In order to vote on the new investment approach, shareholders will be required to attend the General Meeting or appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf, either online or by return of the relevant documentation.
