Alla Public Company Limited announced that at its board meeting held on February 22, 2017, the board has approved the appointment of Mr. Chirawat Srisawadi as Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Prof. Dr. Sahaton Rattanapijit and Mr. Ong-ard Puntuyakorn to the Nomination and Remuneration Committees both.
