The Company operates through two segments: investment in a portfolio of UK properties and other investment assets. It seeks to operate acquired businesses and implements an operating strategy with a view to generating value for shareholders through operational expansion and improvements, as well as potentially through additional complementary transactions. It also seeks to monitor its investments where the investment does not confer voting control and influence the development and capital appreciation.
