Alefarm Brewing unveils an exclusive collaboration beer brewed for Restaurant Carl Nielsen

Alefarm Brewing A/S ("ALEFRM" or "the Company") is a family-run craft brewery with a focus on brewing high-quality craft beer for consumers and distributors worldwide. Today, the Company is announcing an exclusive partnership with the renowned Restaurant Carl Nielsen that is located in historic Nyhavn in the central part of Copenhagen.

Restaurant Carl Nielsen is a restaurant that serves traditional Danish smørrebrød - the well-known open-faced sandwiches - with a twist. By combining a time-honored approach to smørrebrød with a fresh new take, Restaurant Carl Nielsen has received stellar reviews in all major newspapers in Denmark.

Alefarm Brewing has brewed a so-called Carl Nielsen Helles. The beer is named Maskarade after the opera written by Carl Nielsen in 1906. It brings out lightly floral, crisp and refreshing notes carried on a pillowy-soft malt base that is designed to be the perfect pairing for the food enjoyed by guests visiting the restaurant from all over the world.
