Mr. Bjørn Flatgård, deputy chairman in Aker BioMarine ASA,
has today exercised 37 320 subscription rights and
subscribed for 37 320 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a
subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new share. Mr. Flatgård
currently owns 164 017 shares, but will own 201 337 shares
subject to completion of the share issue.
Mr. Tore Heldrup Rasmussen, board member in Aker BioMarine
ASA, has today, through his company Heldrup AS, exercised
86 956 subscription rights and subscribed for 86 956 new
shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK
1,15 per new share. Heldrup AS currently owns 510 663
shares, but will own 597 619 shares subject to completion
of the share issue.
Ms. Wenche Rolfsen, board member in Aker BioMarine ASA, has
today exercised 7 996 subscription rights and subscribed
for 7 996 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a
subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new share. Ms. Rolfsen
currently owns 35 145 shares, but will own 43 141 shares
subject to completion of the share issue.
Mr. Hallvard Muri, CEO in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today,
through his company ACCA AS, exercised 149 283 subscription
rights and subscribed for 149 283 new shares in Aker
BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new
share. ACCA AS currently owns 656 069 shares, but will own
805 352 shares subject to completion of the share
issue.
Mr. Webjørn Eikrem, Executive Vice President in Aker
BioMarine ASA, has today, through his company Tigerlilly
AS, exercised 564 867 subscription rights and subscribed
for 564 867 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a
subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new share. Tigerlilly AS
currently owns 2 482 467 shares, but will own 3 047 334
shares subject to completion of the share issue.
Mr. Øystein Egner, controller in Aker BioMarine ASA, has
today exercised 11 377 subscription rights and subscribed
for 15 000 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a
subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new share. Mr. Egner has
thus oversubscribed with 3 623 shares. Mr. Egner currently
owns 50 000 shares, but will own up to 65 000 shares
subject to final allocation and completion of the share
issue.
Mr. Martin H. Arnholdt, Group controller in Aker BioMarine
ASA, has today exercised 5 119 subscription rights and
subscribed for 5 119 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a
subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new share. Mr. Arnholdt
currently owns 22 500 shares, but will own up to 27 619
shares subject to final allocation and completion of the
share issue.
