InJuly 2021 ,Aker ASA announced a conditional bid to acquireNBT AS ("NBT"), the parent ofEast Renewable AB . The conditions of the offer have not been satisfied by the long stop date and the offer has therefore been terminated pursuant to the terms thereof. Aker remains a shareholder in NBT and would like to continue the dialogue with a view to explore an alternative transaction with NBT.
