AIROBOT TECHNOLOGIES Company Announcement The merger of Airobot Technologies AS and OÜ Airobot has entered into force
On 14.09.2022, Airobot Technologies AS (the acquiringcompany) signed a merger agreement with its 100% subsidiary OÜ Airobot. The aim was to simplify the structure of the group, as well as financial and legal processes.
The merger of Airobot Technologies AS with OÜ Airobot has now entered into force. The merger was entered in the business register on 27.10.2022.
Airobot Technologies AS is an indoor climate technology and production company, which is characterized by strong software and air analysis. Airobot's main product is innovative ventilation equipment with a demand-based control algorithm, which has been developed in cooperation with the University of Tartu and TalTech. The devices are developed, designed and manufactured in Estonia.
