AINNOVATION TECHNOLOGY GROUP CO., LTD The board of directors of AInnovation Technology Group Co. Ltd. announced that on 26 June 2024, the Company entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Dingding (China) Information Technology Co. Ltd. .
The Board is of the view that the Company and DingTalk own a similar customer base in the field of corporate software services and have a common consensus on the development orientation of science and technology, and they also have their respective market and technical advantages with regards to the next generation of software based on AGI technology. Based on the principle of "equality and mutual benefit, mutual complementarity, win-win cooperation and common development", the Company and DingTalk will jointly build a high-quality and diversified industry ecosystem based on their respective technological and ecological advantages to realize resource interconnectivity and innovation integration, further promoting mutual complementarity and win-win cooperation between the parties. Pursuant to the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, the parties agree to jointly develop and roll out new industrial software products and industry solutions to the market based on the products on the platform of DingTalk and its open capabilities (including AI), as well as the Company's experience in major industries (in particular, manufacturing) and its AI industrial large model capabilities.
The parties will establish a regular technical exchange mechanism based on user requirements and market trends to jointly explore and develop innovative product and solutions. In addition, the parties will cooperate in channel cooperation and empowerment, marketing activity collaboration and organizational and business innovation.
