Aggreko Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Resalta B.V. from a group of shareholders on January 26, 2024. The transaction also includes the acquisition of Resalta BV's subsidiaries in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania and Czech. The transaction subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2024.

Pöyry Capital Limited acted as financial advisor to BlackPeak Capital. Peter Gor?e, Vid Kobe, Marko Frantar, Matej Crnilec of Schoenherr Attorneys at Law acted as legal advisor to BlackPeak Capital. Deloitte UK acted as accountant to BlackPeak Capital.
