Non-binding voluntary Translation Ad hoc announcement in accordance with Section 15 of the German Securities Trading Act Increase of the cash compensation to the amount of EUR 7.63 per share in connection with the transfer resolution Munich, February 20, 2014 - By letter of today, Global Entertainment AG with its registered office in Munich has informed Advanced Inflight Alliance AG with its registered office in Munich to increase the amount of the adequate cash compensation to be granted to the minority shareholders to be squeezed out according to Sec. 327a para. 1 sentence 1 German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) in conclusion with Sec. 62 para. 1 and para. 5 German Transformation Act (UmwG) to EUR 7.63 per share in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG and thereby has amended its specified request of December 13, 2013. As announced by ad hoc announcement of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG on December 13, 2013, Global Entertainment AG had initially determined a reasonable cash compensation to be paid to the minority shareholders to be squeezed out in the amount of EUR 7.35 per share in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG.

Together with its request to increase the cash compensation Global Entertainment AG has submitted to Advanced Inflight Alliance AG a respectively amended written guarantee of Commerzbank AG.
Immediately after the aforementioned letter of Global Entertainment AG had been received and reviewed, the management board and the supervisory board of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG have decided to approve the amendment of the proposal of the resolution by increasing the cash compensation.
The shareholders' meeting of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG to pass the transfer resolution will take place tomorrow, on February 21, 2014.
