(OTC Bulletin Board: ADRM), a provider of innovative technology and services
for the onsite treatment and disposal of regulated medical waste, today
announced that Richard W. Wolfe has been elected to the Company's board of
directors. Mr. Wolfe has 30 years of executive leadership, extensive public
policy and political advocacy experience, and is recognized for designing and
implementing innovative programs in the health care field. He currently owns
health care companies throughout the southeastern US, including Subacute
Services, Inc. and Sunrise Health and Rehabilitation Center, which provide
subacute, long-term care, home health care and related services. Previously,
he was CEO, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of the Executive
Committee of a NYSE-listed hospital company providing acute care, behavioral,
rehabilitation and long term acute care services. Prior to that, he was a
partner in the Dillard & Wolfe, PC law firm where he was Counsel to the
Majority Leader of the Georgia Senate. Mr. Wolfe has his J.D. from the Woodrow
Wilson College of Law in Atlanta and has a B.A. from Western Kentucky
University where he serves as a member of the Advisory Board and as a visiting
lecturer in the Gordon Ford School of Business.
