In 2023, Acron Group spent RUB 991 million on employee development, motivation and social support, an increase of 13% compared to the previous year.

Social support for employees is one of the Group's key areas of sustainable development and includes health protection, medical care and insurance, staff training and development, promotion of sports and healthy lifestyles, attracting and retaining highly qualified staff, cooperation with educational institutions and training courses, and targeted social programmes.

The Group's companies have collective agreements that provide for an extended package of social benefits and guarantees aimed at improving the lives of employees and their families. New collective agreements were signed at the end of 2023, maintaining all the benefits and guarantees for the period 2024 to 2026, were signed.

Acron takes care of its employees and their children by providing treatment and recreation at health resorts on affirdable terms, as well as visits to recreational centres with partial payment of the cost of stay. RUB 138 million was spent on these benefits, 45% more than in the previous year. The social package for employees includes voluntary medical insurance. Expenditure on voluntary medical insurance totalled RUB 106 million in the year under review.

The Group helps its employees with housing issues, including a company mortgage scheme, an interest-free loan scheme for employees and material assistance for employees. There are also programmes to support young specialists and retirees. RUB 156 million was allocated for these purposes.

The Group's sporting events at its own sports and leisure facilities are popular with employees. More than 5,000 people take part each year.

Approximately 1,900 employees received vocational training and more than 1,500 employees completed further training courses. All employees at production sites receive annual training in occupational health and safety programmes. Total expenditure on personnel training and development amounted to RUB 53 million, an increase of 36% over the previous year.

The Acron Group employs approximately 12,000 people. In recent years, the number of employees has remained stable and in line with the Group's needs. Low voluntary staff turnover is supported by comfortable working conditions, an attractive benefits package and employee involvement in social activities. The level of average monthly salaries at the Group's production sites is higher than in the Russian chemical industry and higher than the average salary in the cities where the Group operates. Employee salaries were adjusted by 11% in 2023. In the year under review, Acron was again named an 'Attractive Employer' by the Superjob portal.
