ACEA S.P.A. Acea S.p.A. ('ACEA') announces the dates on which the Board of Directors is expected to examine the company's financial results during 2016:
Monday March 14, 2016 Consolidated financial statements of the ACEA Group and separate financial statements of ACEA for the year ended 31 December 2015
Thursday May, 12 2016 Quarterly report for the three months ended 31 March 2016
Thursday July, 28 2016 Interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2016
Thursday November, 10 2016 Quarterly report for the nine months ended 30 September 2016
Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and strategies.
A General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders to approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015 will be called in first call on 28 April 2016 (Thursday) and in second call on 5 May 2016 (Thursday).
The dividend for 2015 is expected to be payable from 22 June 2016, with an ex-dividend date of 20 June 2016 and a record date of 21 June 2016
