Accelya, a leading global provider of software and technology solutions to the airline industry announces the appointment of Lesley Harris as Chief Operations Officer and Mike Douglass as Chief of Global Programs. Both Lesley and Mike will join the company's Executive Committee, reporting to CEO Sam Gilliland, and will focus on driving operational, delivery and servicing excellence across Accelya's products and customers.

Lesley Harris joins as Chief Operations Officer, where she will be responsible for delivering first-class operations, servicing, customer deployments, and customer support. Lesley joins from Honeywell Connected Enterprise, where she served as Global Leader for Customer Success & Customer Delivery. Prior to Honeywell, Lesley spent over 20 years at Sabre working in a number of leadership roles focused on delivery & customer support. Lesley will replace outgoing Chief Operating Officer Jeff Mathew who leaves Accelya at the end of May.

Mike Douglass joins Accelya as Chief of Global Programs, where he will have a cross-functional role across the organization with a focus on advancing delivery and overall operational excellence. Mike joins from CWT where he was Vice President of Customer & Service Excellence. He comes to Accelya with 30+ years of experience in the aviation industry, including at Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre & American Airlines.
