Kindle Fire users will soon have the support of Absolute Data Protect

Vancouver, Canada and Las Vegas, Nevada: January 8, 2013 - Absolute® Software Corporation (TSX: ABT), the leading provider of endpoint security and management, announced today at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada, they will extend the support of Absolute Data Protect (ADP) to include Kindle Fire. Personal data on Kindle Fires can be protected with Absolute Data Protect in the event the device is lost or stolen, just like Android tablets and smartphones, Windows tablets, including select Windows 8 tablets, Macs and PCs.

Absolute Data Protect provides several security features including the ability to lock, delete and locate protected devices. Absolute Data Protect for Android tablets, Windows tablets, including select Windows 8 tablets and Kindle Fire will soon be available online and in-store through major retailers.
