The principal activities of the Company are the investment in and operation of self-storage facilities. The Company is a fully integrated owner, operator, and manager of a self-storage operating platform, with a portfolio of strategically located properties in Australia and New Zealand. It owns and manages a self-storage portfolio across 115 assets providing 616,155 square meters of self-storage space. The portfolio is geographically diversified with facilities operating across Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), New Zealand (NZ), South Australia (SA), and West Australia (WA). Its portfolio includes Belconnen, Fyshwick East, Albion Park Rail, Acacia Ridge, Burleigh Heads, Hervey Bay West, Loganholme, Redbank Plains, Woolloongabba, Windsor Gardens, Woodville North, Canning Vale, Maddington South, and others.
