Abacus Mining & Exploration Corporation agreed to acquire Willow porphyry copper property located in Yerington, Nevada from Almadex America Inc. for $0.19 million.

Abacus Mining & Exploration Corporation (TSXV:AME) agreed to acquire Willow porphyry copper property located in Yerington, Nevada from Almadex America Inc. for $0.19 million on June 6, 2024. The consideration consist of issuance of 7.5 million common shares. This transaction is under the terms of the Agreement, which is subject to TSX Venture Exchange (?TSX-V?) approval.

The transaction is expected to close by June 30, 2024. The Willow Property is subject to a 2% NSR from future production of minerals from the Willow Property.
