Tomasz Bator Spolka Z Ograniczona Odpowiedzialnoscia has signed an agreement to acquire 49.75% stake RET-ALL Sp. z o. o. from A.P.N. Promise S.A. (WSE:PRO) for PLN 0.13 million on November 20, 2019. Tomasz Bator will acquire a total of 100 shares of RET-ALL Sp. and the buyer will pay the consideration by bank transfer within 7 days from the date of agreement.
