Brown Resources Corporation entered into a deed of sale to acquire several parcels of land within Xavier Estate in Cagayan de Oro City from A Brown Company, Inc. for PHP 8 million in cash on October 28, 2014. The deal was approved by the Board of Directors of A Brown Company, Inc.
