Power outage reported at Kazakhstan's part of Caspian Pipeline Consortium - Ifx

MOSCOW, July 3 (Reuters) - A power outage has been reported at Kazakhstan's part of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, Interfax news agency quoted local authorities as saying on Monday.

Earlier on Monday, the Atyrau oil refinery in western Kazakhstan was completely halted due to a power outage, while an emergency outage was reported at the Mangystau plant which also supplies power to the country's largest oilfields such as Tengiz and Kashagan.
