WINNIPEG, Manitoba--The ICE Futures canola market was maintaining its downward slide going into the weekend despite stronger comparable oils.
Malaysian palm oil was up while European rapeseed was mostly higher. Crude oil continued to add onto its gains after bouncing back Thursday. However, Chicago soyoil was lower.
The Canadian dollar was up nearly two-tenths of a U.S. cent compared with Thursday's close.
