Alamos Gold Inc. is an intermediate gold producer with diversified production from three operating mines in North America. This includes the Young-Davidson and Island Gold mines in northern Ontario, Canada and the Mulatos mine in Sonora State, Mexico. It has a portfolio of growth projects, including the Phase 3+ Expansion at Island Gold, and the Lynn Lake project in Manitoba, Canada. The Young-Davidson gold mine is located near the town of Matachewan, over 60 kilometers (km) west of Kirkland Lake in Northern Ontario, within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. Its Island Gold mine is located just east of the town of Dubreuilville, 83 km northeast of Wawa in Northern Ontario. Mulatos mine is located in the Sierra Madre Occidental Mountain range in the east-central portion of the State of Sonora, Mexico. Its Qiqavik Gold Project is located in Northern Quebec. It also owns Matachewan and Wydee properties, which are located to the east and west, respectively, of the town of Matachewan, Ontario.
