SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION RELATING TO RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 2 January 2018 in relation to, among other things, the resignation of Mr. Sze Cho Cheung, Michael as an independent non-executive Director (the "Announcement").

Terms defined in the Announcement shall have the same meanings when used in this announcement.

The Board wishes to clarify that Mr. Sze Cho Cheung, Michael has resigned as an independent non-executive Director as part of his retirement plan. Mr. Sze has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Sze for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.
