Change to the 2020 Corporate Events Calendar

Milan 17th January 2020 - WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company") discloses pursuant to art. 2.6.2, paragraph 1, lett. b) of the Regulations of Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. that, compared to what was announced in the calendar of corporate events 2020 previously released, the meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the financial statement and the financial statement consolidated as at 31.12.2019, scheduled for Monday 12 March 2020, is brought forward to Thuesday 19 March 2020 and the Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statement as at 31.12.2019, scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, 2020, is brought forward to Tuesday, April 16, 2020.

  Approval of the financial statement as at 31.12.2019 and the financial statement consolidated as at 31.12.2019
• 16 April 2020- Shareholders' Meeting
  Approval of the financial statement as at 31.12.2019
• 11 May 2020 - Board Meeting
  Interim management statement of first quarter consolidated at 31st March 2020
• 14 September 2020 - Board Meeting
  Approval Half-year consolidated financial report as of 30th June 2020
• 12 November 2020 - Board Meeting
  Interim management statement of third quarter consolidated at 30th September 2020
