Members of the Lords will discuss the key principles and purpose of the Laser Misuse (Vehicles) Bill during second reading, on 9 January 2018.
The Bill would introduce an offence of shining or directing a laser beam towards a vehicle which dazzles or distracts, or is likely to dazzle or distract the person with control of the vehicle.
