SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Superactive Group Company Limited (the "Company") dated 1 December 2017 in relation to the discloseable transaction and the extension of the term of the Loan. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT

On 2 January 2018, Superactive Finance and the Borrower entered into a second supplemental agreement (the "Second Supplemental Agreement"), pursuant to which the term of the Loan will be extended to three calendar months from the date of the drawdown (i.e. 3 February 2018). All other terms of the Loan Agreement (as supplemented by the Supplemental Agreement) remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect. Taking into account of the additional interest income receivable under the Loan Agreement (as amended by the Second Supplemental Agreement) by extending the term of the Loan, the Board considers that the entering into of the Second Supplemental Agreement is in the interest of the Company and the Shareholders as a whole.
