UK's Britishvolt to File for Administration, BBC News Reports

--U.K. battery producer Britishvolt is set to file for administration after hopes of a viable late bid went unanswered, BBC News Reports.

--Britishvolt had been seen as the UK's flagship battery project, having secured government funding, and was expected to produce 300,000 battery packs a year to be used in electric vehicles.

--Late last year, Britishvolt survived collapse after receiving lifeline funding which it said would be enough to secure its future into 2023, according to BBC News.
