CHANGE OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of Top Spring International Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that with effect from 9 January 2018, (i) Mr. CHAN King Tak ("Mr. Chan") has ceased to be the chief financial officer of the Company and has been appointed as the managing director of the Hong Kong and overseas real estate business operations of the Group; and (ii) Mr. WONG Tak Chun ("Mr. Wong"), the company secretary and head of corporate finance of the Company, has been appointed to succeed Mr. Chan as the chief financial officer of the Company.

The biographies of Mr. Chan and Mr. Wong are set out below:

Mr. CHAN King Tak

Mr. Chan joined the Company in April 2010 as the financial manager of the Company. He was appointed as the deputy general manager - finance in August 2011 and subsequently as the chief financial officer of the Company in August 2014.

Mr. Chan is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2002. Mr. Chan has more than fifteen years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial management, property investment and development, merger and acquisition and corporate governance matters, etc.

As the managing director of the Hong Kong and overseas real estate business operations of the Group, Mr. Chan will continue to contribute to the Group as in the past and will focus on real estate investment and development, daily operations and financial management of the Hong Kong and overseas real estate segment of the Group.

Mr. WONG Tak Chun

Mr. Wong joined the Company in February 2017 as the company secretary and the head of corporate finance of the Company.

Mr. Wong is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom. He obtained a bachelor degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia in 2005 and obtained a master degree in corporate governance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2014. Mr. Wong has more than thirteen years of experience in accounting, corporate governance, corporate finance, capital markets and investor relations.

The Board welcomes Mr. Chan and Mr. Wong on taking up their respective new positions with the Company.
