The Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC) announced today the launch of its Recruiting Toolkit and Essentials Guide, as part of its Say Yes To Dallas talent attraction campaign. Designed for Human Resource and recruiting teams, this is an interactive print and digital resource to spark conversations with potential employees about the Dallas Region.

Provided for members of the DRC, the Say Yes To Dallas Recruiting Toolkit is designed to help tell the Dallas story and share the many reasons why it is the best place to start and continue a career. In the toolkit you will find:

  • Key messages and general facts organized for commonly asked questions about neighborhoods, demographics, education, and what to do and explore in the Dallas Region.
  • Marketing materials and resources including logos, fact sheets, videos and shareable accolades.
  • News and data research on talent attraction, recruiting trends and quality of life in the Dallas Region.
  • Dallas Region Relocation and Newcomer Guide, a quarterly magazine for communities, jobs, parks and outdoors, culture and more.

Not a DRC member? There are resources available on the Say Yes To Dallas website, including the Essentials Guide. This is a go-to resource for those relocating to the Dallas area, featuring “My Dallas Story” testimonials, an overview of the Dallas Region, a moving checklist, Dallas “MythBusters,” weekend activities guide and Instagram-worthy spots. The most useful resource for newcomers is the Cost Calculator, which allows you to look at the cost of living compared to other major metro areas, and showcases how affordable living in Dallas can be.
