SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO

CONNECTED TRANSACTION

ACQUISITION OF LAND USE RIGHTS IN VIETNAM

Reference is made to the connected transaction announcement of the Company dated 23 December 2019 (the ''Announcement'') in relation to the acquisition of land use rights by the Group in Vietnam. Unless otherwise stated, Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Directors wishes to provide further information regarding the acquisition of the Phase II Land:

The Board wishes to emphasize that the Group is not yet committed to the purchase of the Phase II Land as the consideration of the Phase II Land is subject to further agreement and negotiation with Haiha Industrial Park. After completion of the land resumption by Haiha Industrial Park, a supplemental agreement will be entered between the parties to fix the consideration of the Phase II Land. The Company will re-comply with the applicable requirements under Chapter 14 and/or 14A of the Listing Rules upon the signing of the supplemental agreement for the acquisition of the Phase II Land.
