reported an unaudited consolidated income, before miscellaneous provision
and tax, of NTD $603,679 thousand dollars. After deducting miscellaneous
provision of NTD $257,914 thousand dollars, the unaudited consolidated
income before tax was NTD $345,765 thousand dollars (the unaudited
consolidated income from continuing operations before tax was NTD $345,765
thousand dollars), the unaudited consolidated income after tax was NTD
$308,769 thousand dollars. For the twelve months ended December 31 2019, the
Bank reported an unaudited consolidated income, before miscellaneous
provision and tax, of NTD $10,487,648 thousand dollars. After deducting
miscellaneous provision of NTD $2,417,071 thousand dollars, the unaudited
consolidated income before tax was NTD $8,070,577 thousand dollars (the
unaudited consolidated income from continuing operations before tax was
