WASHINGTON, D.C. --- A major new survey by Latino Decisions conducted for the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) will explore why Latinos are among the strongest supporters of federal action to reduce carbon pollution and to curb the impacts of climate change. In 2012, Latinos - the fastest-growing segment of the U.S. population -- accounted for one out of every 10 votes cast and are on track to see that political participation level double by 2030.
