Vancouver, British Columbia:  Superior Mining International Corporation, (the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to its press release dated December 18, 2012, it has received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and the Company's shareholders to the Earn-In Agreement with Ibhubesi Capital (Pty) Ltd. for the joint development of the Mangalisa Property.  The Company is now working towards completion of the transaction.
