In November 2012, the total export of goods amounted to EUR 5 760,9 million, there was an 7,3 % year-on-year increase. The total import of goods increased by 3,9 % to EUR 5 466,7 million. The foreign trade balance was in surplus in the volume of EUR 294,2 million (by EUR 188,1 million higher than in November 2011).
Over the first eleven months of 2012, compared with the corresponding period in 2011, the total export of goods increased by 10,8 % to EUR 58 169,8 million and the total import of goods by 6,4 % to EUR 54 756,1 million. The foreign trade balance was in surplus in the volume of EUR 3 413,7 million (by EUR 2 396,3 million higher than in the corresponding period in 2011).
