Châlons-en Champagne, 14 January 2016 - VIVESCIA Annual information Session The Cooperative Group VIVESCIA presents its 2014-2015 year-end financial results, its ambitions and outlook for the following year and its upcoming media campaign.

With a €3.6 billion turnover and a total harvest of 4.2 million tons*, VIVESCIA confirms the relevance of its economic model and strategy: the Group benefits from sound foundations and strong resources for its policy of expansion.

For the last two years, the Group's results have highlighted two main achievements: an increased performance for the cooperative and the farming sector that will be further enhanced by the VIV'AVENIR plan and the very significant investments in the processing sector of VIVESCIA industries with new industrial equipments for an improved structure of the activity. These strong strategic directions signal a potential for significant returns from the 2015- 2016 financial year. Furthermore, VIVESCIA's excellent financial profile allows for a sustained development in France and expansion abroad that represents a major growth opportunity for the Group.

The new VIVESCIA media campaign strongly broadcasts the Group's dynamics

This corporate campaign has a double objective: To raise the awareness of the farming and processing industry jobs and to communicate a stronger and informed image of the VIVESCIA Group. Member-producers and employees are our best working ambassadors to illustrate the multi-facetted nature of our business and, as such, have been involved in the making of this communication campaign. From 18 January 2016 and for three weeks, VIVESCIA's 'heroes' will be featured in a TV commercial broadcasted on France 3 Champagne-Ardenne, in the daily regional press, on billboards in cities and in rail stations from Paris towards France's eastern region of France that includes the seven districts of Aisne (02), Marne (51), Ardennes (08), Aube (10), Seine-et-Marne (77), Meuse (55) and Haute- Marne (52).
