COMPLETION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR SHARES IN

JIANGXI LONGYU MEDICINE CO., LTD.

This announcement is made by the Company on a voluntary basis to inform its shareholders and potential investors of the latest information about the Group.

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 28 September 2017 (the "Announcement") in relation to the subscription for the Subscription Shares in LongYu Medicine. Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same respective meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board is pleased to announce that all of the conditions precedent set out in the Subscription Agreement have been fulfilled and Completion took place on 3 January 2018 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement.
