Serebra Obtains Shareholder Approval of Business Combination

Serebra Learning Corporation ("Serebra") (TSX-V: SLC) (Pink Sheets: SLCFF) is pleased to announce that at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on January 5, 2012, shareholders approved the proposed business combination with Blue Drop Inc. and related matters.
