STW Resources Holding Corp (OTCQB: STWS) announced today plans for expansion of their subsidiary STW Energy. 2014 was a banner year for STW Energy. The company added several new crews and equipment and in the fourth quarter achieved a consistent annual run rate of $6 million in revenues while achieving positive EBITDA by year end. Energy plans a continued growth strategy while continuing to closely manage all costs such that it maintains profitability throughout 2015.

STW Energy’s safety record has reached milestones, unsurpassed by the competition and approved as a top vendor by major oil and gas companies. The equipment STW Energy currently uses is custom built and exceeds expectations of our clients needs, carefully tailored and designed to work on active drilling rigs for services including but not limited to solids removal, tank bottom cleaning, roustabout services and rig washing. STW Energy was the top contender in its market place for the Permian Basin region in 2014 and believes that it will maintain this status throughout 2015.

For 2015, it plans to diversify into new markets – municipalities, construction firms and federal and state agencies – markets that do not rely on commodities market price. During the upcoming months, STW Energy will be moving forward with completing new master service agreements with customers who are relying on its attention to detail and devotion to staying ahead of the curve in a constant changing market place. To meet this additional demand, STW will be doubling its workforce from 4 to 8 crews along with the customized heavy equipment. This will drive a significant increase in revenues and margins in 2015 compared to 2014.

STW Energy has also seen very little decreases in projects despite the dramatic fall of oil prices and does not anticipate a slowdown over 2015. STW’s customers are generally hedged on upstream market price and are continuing to use upstream product to use STW’s services. Our current market and the forward-looking diversification will allow STW Energy to continue its growth and profitability.

About STW Resources Holding Corp.

STW Resources Holdings Corp, (OTCQB: STWS) is a quality provider of oilfield services, water reclamation and processing management services, and rig cleaning services through its three subsidiaries. It consults and provides customized water analysis, reclamation and remediation services to a variety of complex oil and gas produced and flowback water, brackish water, ocean water desalination, industrial, and municipal applications throughout several geographic locations. As an independent solutions provider, STW utilizes proven technologies, from various well-known manufacturers, including Salttech, a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) technology that is economically feasible to use. These technologies are available as fixed or mobile units with varying capabilities. STW's process ensures that the most effective and efficient technologies are implemented. The Salttech system can process any water with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) levels ranging from 5,000 ppm to >300,000 ppm. Current potential project locations include the Eagle Ford Shale (TX), the west Texas Delaware and Permian Basins (TX), eastern New Mexico, and ocean desalination projects on the Gulf Coast of Texas, California, and Hawaii.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: If STW’s Salttech Technology is placed in-line with a Seawater Reverse Osmosis System or used with a geothermal operation, there will be no potentially environmentally sensitive brine concentrate discharged into the local waterways since the system is Zero Liquid Discharge and 93-97%+ of the fresh water is recovered in the process. The waste stream is salt crystals and minerals. This is a completely Blue/Green operation that provides a sustainable supply of power and water for municipal and industrial use.

STW uses the latest technology to install new pipelines and repair and maintain aging water and oil & gas pipelines (STW Pipeline); remove oil and diesel residue from drilling rigs to meet environmental regulations (STW Energy); and provide customized and cost-effective water reclamation services for oil & gas producers, municipalities, industrial and environmental remediation projects (STW Water). STW’s recently licensed water treatment technology for the United States (Salttech DyVaR) can process oilfield produced, frack flowback, brackish water and seawater for municipalities into fresh water to fill a tremendous need for fresh water in the areas they service. STW’s model of water ownership has had recent successes and broken ground on both Upton County and Ft. Stockton, Texas projects.
