The company wishes to announce that as at 14 January 2013, the number of unexercised Warrants is 140,803,493. Warrant holders should note that if the Warrants are not exercised and the relevant Exercise Forms are not delivered to our Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on Monday 21 January 2013, your rights will lapse and become null and void and cease to be valid for any purpose thereafter.
Accordingly, all unexercised Warrants remaining in your CDS account with Bursa Depository after 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 21 January 2013 will be withdrawn from your CDS account on Tuesday, 22 January 2013.
Enclose herewith the Notice to Warrant Holders dated 18 December 2012 in relation to the expiry and final exercise of Warrants 2008/2013.
