On behalf of the Board of Directors of S P Setia, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:
(i) Proposed termination of S P Setia's existing employees' share option scheme ("Existing ESOS") ("Proposed ESOS Termination"); and
(ii) Proposed establishment of a long term incentive plan of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of S P Setia for the eligible employees and executive directors of S P Setia and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "S P Setia Group" or "Group") ("Proposed LTIP")
(collectively referred to as the "Proposals").
