ROBYG S.A. - Assimilation of series I and I2 bonds of ROBYG S.A.. - CORRECTION.
Legal basis:
§ 5 section 1.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 concerning current and interim information to be disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a country that is not a member state (the "Regulation").
Contents of the Current Report:
The Management Board of ROBYG S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby corrects the current report no. 104/2013 as of 24 December 2013 through deletion from this current report an indication that the date of assimilation of series I and I2 bonds of the Company, i.e. 30 December 2013 constitutes simultaneously the day on which rights from series I and I2 bonds became identical and the first day of the second interest period for series I and I2 bonds of the Company.
The Management Board of the Company indicates that the the first day of the second interest period for the bonds mentioned above as well as the day on which the rights from both series of bonds became identical was 23 December 2013 in accordance with the terms and conditions of issuance of such bonds.
The rest of the contents of the current report remain unchanged.
