Renaissance To Commence Trading On Toronto Stock Exchange

 Renaissance Gold Inc. ("RenGold" or the "Company") has received final approval to list its common shares on Toronto Stock Exchange. RenGold's common shares will continue to trade under the symbol "REN" and will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Monday, January 9, 2012. The Company's common shares will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange on January 9, 2012, upon commencement of trading on Toronto Stock Exchange.
