Average home prices for resales (excluding new construction) increased 9%, while average homesite prices increased 12.5% for the overall community and 15% for the developer. Black Mesa, which Las Campanas Realty developed and released in the fall of 2017, was the first new neighborhood introduced within Las Campanas in over a decade. It continues to see success with just under 70% of the neighborhood sold out in less than 16 months, with several custom homes under construction. The attractiveness to Black Mesa is the ability to be close to the club while also taking advantage of the New Mexico mountain views.

The success Las Campanas Realty has had with Black Mesa has led to the decision to bring on the next neighborhood, Tesoro Enclave. This is considered to be the best piece of land in all of Las Campanas. Tesoro Enclave will be a 37-home neighborhood spread over 117 acres, with home sites ranging from 1.5 acres to 6 acres. The layout of the neighborhood allows for almost every site to have double views of both the Sangre de Cristo and the Jemez mountain ranges and some sites offer those views along with the Ortiz and Sandias. Tesoro Enclave also directly backs up to 68,000 acres of land protected by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), with views that are unmatched. Since Tesoro Enclave directly backups to so much open space, the neighborhood will also allow the ability to have stables on some home sites, giving direct access to some of the most beautiful terrain in all of New Mexico, right out the back door. The sites that allow stables will be towards the back side of the neighborhood that border the BLM land. Tesoro Enclave will be releasing the sites for purchase on September 6, 2019. In the interim, Las Campanas Realty will be accepting reservations starting February 15, 2019.
