In a housing market that has been recently named the hottest in the country, Quadrant Homes – a Bellevue-based home builder now in its 48th year – has relocated its headquarters to a larger, 25,000-square-foot Class A office space at Commons on 90 (15900 SE Eastgate Way in Bellevue). Quadrant outgrew its former Bellevue location in the Crestwood Building at 14725 SE 36th Street, where the company had been located since 2005.

“Our customers are always our top priority, no matter what the market is doing,” said Ken Krivanec, president of Quadrant Homes. “Along with building the best homes in the business, we’re focused on providing a premium, concierge-style buying experience, and our new office facilitates that integrated approach.”

Designed to enhance cross-team collaboration for the premium builder, Quadrant’s new headquarters features an open office, a large, central map where all associates can see where the company is focusing land acquisition efforts, and gathering areas with a ping pong table, dart board, and giant magnetic scrabble board. The company’s new space also includes a 4,200-square-foot home Design Studio built with a focus on state-of-the-art modern amenities, from the latest in-home technology to gourmet kitchens.

In 2014, Quadrant became part of TRI Pointe Group, one of the top 10 largest public homebuilders in the United States based on equity market capitalization, in the sale of Weyerhaeuser's homebuilding subsidiary, Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company. A year later, Quadrant became one of the first two builders in the nation to offer mortgage services through TRI Pointe Connect, a joint venture between TRI Pointe Group and imortgage, one of the nation’s top five nonbank retail mortgage lenders.

“Today we are a connected company that makes the process seamless for the buyer,” said Krivanec. “From lending to home design, we connect the dots so the buyer doesn’t have to.”

Quadrant sells premium new homes primarily along Seattle’s popular Eastside tech corridor. Current communities located near campuses for Microsoft, Google, T-Mobile U.S., and Nintendo of America include enclaves in Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell, and Woodinville. Other Puget Sound community locations include Newcastle, Renton, Poulsbo and Gig Harbor.

Commons on 90 is also home to Koehler & Co., Siemens, and ITEX. For more information about Quadrant Homes, visit www.quadranthomes.com.
