Pravex Bank PJSCCB : “PRAVEX-BANK” PJSCCB increased its equity by UAH 2 billion

The sole shareholder of 'PRAVEX-BANK' PJSCCB - the international financial group Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. (Turin, Italy) - bought out additionally issued shares of PRAVEX-BANK totaling UAH 1,386 billion from September, 10 to November 9, 2015.
The amendments to the PRAVEX-BANK's Articles of Association on the increase of share capital were registered on December 30th, 2015.

During the entire 2015 due to extra shareholder contribution PRAVEX-BANK gradually increased its equity, which increased by UAH 2 billion, which is 81% more compared with the beginning of 2015.

As of January 01, 2016, PRAVEX-BANK's equity (statutory capital and issue differences) amounts to UAH 4 471 million.
