::Paris police arrest a man who allegedly
drove into a cafe terrace, killing at least one

The driver of the car fled the scene but was later arrested, according to prosecutors, who said they launched an investigation into crimes including involuntary homicide.
There was one passenger in the car, who tested positive for alcohol and drugs, a police source said. The passenger was not among the casualties.
The incident came as France is on high security alert, ahead of the Paris Olympics that start on July 26.
