Israeli as vice president and managing director the to lead D.C. office.

Israeli joins Phillips & Company from Kellen Communications (formerly KellenAdams Public Affairs) in Washington, where she was vice president for government and public affairs, overseeing a number of energy, green technology and environmental accounts with a focus on strategic communications, media relations and government affairs.

Prior to her time at Kellen Communications, Israeli was senior vice president at John Adams Associates, a PR firm specializing in energy and environment PR and public affairs. Her clients included several major energy and environment-focused trade associations, including the Sustainable Energy Division of the Copper Development Association, the National Waste & Recycling Association and the American Chemistry Council. She also worked on a number of issues management and science communications programs for coalitions and Fortune 500 companies that included 3M and DuPont. Previously, she served on the Americas region and global boards of directors of the Worldcom Public Relations Group. A native of New York City, she holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Maryland’s Philip Merrill College of Journalism.
