The way we live is changing.

With more of us living in cities, we are faced with denser urban environments and increased demand for space. In order to meet this demand, the single-family detached home is giving way to diverse and smaller housing types, with the multi-family residence becoming the new normal.

These smaller living spaces may satisfy our need for a home, but what about their livability?

At Perkins+Will we think it is important to ask this question as we reshape the way we live. We are currently conducting research on livability, and we want to hear from you.
