Statement

It has been reported to our company by Turkish Metal Trade Union and Turkish Employers Association of Metal Industries (MESS) which our company is a member that the Group Collective Bargaining Agreement Protocol covering the period of 01.09.2017-31.08.2019 between Turkish Metal Trade Union and MESS has been signed.

Briefly, the Parties have agreed as follows:

•  For the 1st six months period, the hourly wage shall be rised to 9 TL; the wage shall be rised by 1,60/per hour on equal basis. The hourly wage shall be increased by 0,10TL/per hour depending on duration of seniority for only one time per year provided that the total rise can not be more that 1,50TL/per hour.On the2nd, 3rd, and 4th six months period following the signature of the Agreement, the wages shall be rised, at the rate of consumer price index.

•  The social/fringe benefits shall be increased by %23 for the first year and the raises for the second year shall be determined at the rate of consumer price index.
